I am plotting yet another class-ditching tonite, don't feel like going to a physics class on a such stormy day. just finish reading an article about China's economy, now Americans have to recognize the rise of China and its robust developing strenghth. However, behind all those astronomical figures of GDP, revenue of export, foreign currency reserve funds and bonds, are those regular working class chinese families who make one fourth of what Americans make on a similar job, are those impoverished rural areas where childrens can't afford education, are those middle-aged chinese who get laid-off and struggled in a job market filled with millions of young graduates each year......underneath all the glory, pride, admiration and recognition from the world, China rises as a whole nation, but what's really going on in every ordinary chinese household?
