There are habits that you just pick up along the way before you officially adopting them: having cheese on everything, drinking coffee every morning (Hawaiian Kona), going to bed after 1 am, smile to strangers when you feel like it, and starting to like to receive flowers (used to be embarrassed by it).

iPods and sunglasses are two of the biggest social blockers. When your ears are iPlugged, and your eyes are hidden behind those cool pair of shades, you are basically saying, "leave me alone."

New things learned from my interview process. Interviewers like to hire people that are like them. also, when answer whatever questions, use the "You Attitude," which is keeping in mind what your audience wants to know. They don't care if you are fabulous or amazing, they only care can you do the job, can you adapt quickly so they don't have to spend too much time training you, or can you get along with others. Include your answers with their needs, and mention the company name as much as you can in your answers, they will like it ... ...
