we are still babies

I often hear friends my age say these days "oh, I am getting old, we are almost thirty" give me a break, a 24-year-old is a million light years away from their thirties if they want to keep their heart as fresh as they could. why perm your hair with big waves and dye them with outrageous colors when you can show off your beautiful raven straight hair of youth; instead of chasing all those fashion trends, wearing those drabby, old-lady suits, why not just create your own style and have a lively wardrobe of yours. next time when I ask you if you want to join me to see an animation film, don't sniker and diss me like an adult, go with your heart, lure out the big child within you, and have fun, don't be so uptight, cuz you have plenty of time to be an adult, but you only have one youth to celebrate, we are still babies before the clock stikes midnite of our 30th birthday, so don't spoil the party...
